The ORDER of POLKA DOTS rolled down the streets of Mobile this evening with a theme of "Timeless, Distinctive, Beautiful", with a baker's dozen featuring diamond-related subjects. The parade was designed by me and built by MYTHIC FLOATWORKS. These were in addition to several permanent floats.
